The Masonic and Live Nation are holding a job fair on Wednesday, August 27th for part-time positions at the newly renovated venue in Nob Hill. All positions offer flexible hours (evening and weekend) and are available beginning this September.
A variety of music and comedy events are coming to the venue including Old Crow Medicine Show, Train, Modest Mouse, Christina Perri, Pixies, Daryl Hall & John Oates, Broken Bells, Nick Swardson, The 1975, and Chris D’Elia.
According to a press release from Live Nation:
Event Staff
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests as well as that guests are following rules. Respond to questions from guests concerning directions and services and provide excellent service. Work with guests in a courteous and tactful manner. Event staff must have a valid California identification. Background checks will be done.
Ushers, Ticket Takers & Guest Services
Involves constant contact with venue guests while taking tickets. Duties include ushering, giving directions, and providing guest assistance throughout the venue. Previous guest services experience a plus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to easily maneuver throughout the venue. Strong customer service skills preferred.
Operations/Maintenance
Must perform a variety of general maintenance, clean up, and housekeeping duties within the venue.
All interested applicants should visit The Masonic at 1111 California Street on Wednesday, August 27th between 5pm and 8pm to fill out an application and participate in an on-site interview.
