Fabianski, 29, has signed a four-year deal at the Swans after making 78 appearances during a seven-year stay at Arsenal.

The Pole was Arsenal's ever-present keeper during their successful cup run this season.

He made himself the penalty shootout hero against Wigan in the semi-finals and starred in the side that downed Hull in the final.

But his contract was up at the end of the season and the Pole knocked back the chance to stay at the Emirates.

Fabianski will challenge Dutchman Michel Vorm for the No.1 shirt.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has eyed up David Marshall as a replacement but Cardiff's £15m valuation is likely to put him off.
