Fabianski, 29, has signed a four-year deal at the Swans after making 78 appearances during a seven-year stay at Arsenal.
The Pole was Arsenal's ever-present keeper during their successful cup run this season.

He made himself the penalty shootout hero against Wigan in the semi-finals and starred in the side that downed Hull in the final.
