Is Kim Kardashian showing too much boob?
Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne and the rest of the “Fashion Police” gang debated the issue this week after Kardashian recently stepped out in an extremely provocative, chest-baring ensemble (see photos here ).
While everyone agreed that Kardashian looked good, whether her outfit made sense on the streets of New York was another matter entirely.
