Manchester United will revive their interest in Southampton left-back Luke Shaw this week, once England fly home from the World Cup. Their move for Shaw stalled when they could not agree a fee with Southampton for the 19-year-old, but they will reignite their interest in the coming days and weeks. Real Sociedad have confirmed that Carlos Vela will stay at the club rather than return to former side Arsenal. A deal has been reached that will see Vela sign a new four-year deal at the Spanish side and Arsenal waive their previous economic rights and buy-back clause to the player. Micah Richards could be moving to Liverpool this summer, having found himself third-choice right back at Manchester City.
