MIAMI BEACH — Troubled pop star Justin Bieber blew into town for the long 4th of July weekend and, I’m told, for his DUI plea bargain hearing in Miami — yet he celebrated with A BEER!

Bieber, mind you, is underage at 20 — and apparently, he’s still not getting the message that prosecutors bent over backwards not to sent him to jail.

As usual, Gossip Extra‘s the only South Florida media organization with the photo showing Bieber laying on the bow of a rented yacht docked in Miami Beach, and drinking what appears to be a Corona (above).

The singer of Believe is due in court July 16 in Miami where he’s expected to plead guilty to reckless driving and get no jail time — despite the fact he was charged with DUI when he was arrested in Miami Beach in January. He did tell cops he smoked pot before getting behind the wheel of a rented Lambo.
