They were definitely one of our favorite Hollywood couples, but sadly Jason DeRulo and Jordin Sparks decided to call it quits on their relationship.

According to multiple sources, the singers opted for a mutual breakup, “but they still care very deeply for each other and will remain in each other's lives as friends." Jason and Jordin started dating in September 2011.

A source told Us Weekly that it wasn’t an easy decision for either star. "They are both upset. It just wasn't working out. It was a lot of travel and hard to work with their schedules."

Last evening, Jason commented on the breakup during a radio interview and said, “Yes. Everything is cool. It’s not a bad a situation. It’s not one of those things.”
